So I was coin roll hunting and found this cent with a wide edge. I thought it was a proof at first then noticed no cameo and its from denver. Is this a error or a mint set coin?

I am still "rookie" status but just had a post yesterday with similarities, it could be finned rim, I see it on the rim by the word liberty

Correct.. Finned Rim on one side of the Cent makes it look larger than normal. It is because of a higher than normal pressure strike. You can see the side in question is a slight Misaligned Die Strike.

Is it worth as much as the other finned rim I found 2 to 3 bucks?

Is the edge wide like that all the way around? Or just in the one section there at 9:00 on the obv? I'm seeing a rim fin at the same place on both obv and rev. I'm not really seeing a MAD. So if it is at just the one place I would think the dies were out of parallel, if it is all the way around then it is just an unusually strong strike.

All the way around the entire coin is double the size of a regular zinc penny
