Congratulations on a nice addition to your collection, gogili1977. I have an as of Gordianus III too. Have had if for ages, think I got for 50 DM way back....I am surprised I never attributed this coin properly. The sellers envelope just says the reverse is VIRTVS. Looks like Mars standing to me.
