Good source

    Is there a good place to get a cheap, new book of foriegn coins like I see all dealers have?

    Just do a Google search for - Standard Catalog of World Coins. You'll find dozens of places selling them. Most will be around the same price but a few will cheaper than others.

    Or, look on ebay for older used copies. Those usually sell for just a few bucks.
