Good or bad deal?

    What I was meaning was that what pcgs had for the value was the same amount that on average these coins are selling . Atleast the last 15 sold on eBay. So in most cases I would agree with you. It seems this time pcgs was right on the money .

    Don't forget that all MS-64s are not equal . One could be low for the grade and really just a high end 63 and the other could be a 65 . But with a common date '38-D where there's only a couple bucks difference it's only important to get the best looking coin . As a matter of fact my on a plain Buffalo Type coin is a '38'D my wife bought me .

    Your right about that. I was more or less just taking a gamble as the photos I had to go by weren't the best. That more than Likley had a play in me getting it for 20 bucks. Even if it isn't the best ms64 it's better than any of the other buffalos I have . Plus If I come Aross one I like better and wanna upgrade I shouldn't have a problem getting my money back if I was to sell it. I really appeticate everyone's opinions. I feel a lot better about the purchase knowing I got a fair price. Thanks guys.
