Don't concern yourself with what NGC says. A better start would be to compare to completed examples in the same holder, grade, designation on Heritage or the like. Comparing to eBay completed listings can also give you an idea of what other buyers, who may or may not know what they're doing, have paid using the same venue.
Last time I sold one, I was lucky to get $50 for them. They seem to have gone up a bit lately to $55 - $70.
