    Certainly. It is not gold. It is Canadian penny.

    An undamaged 1938 Canadian penny is worth about .15 cents retail.

    It's just a listing-category error. Probably not worth raising a fuss over. There's no claim that it's gold in the title or description, and it's not priced as gold.

    Just a mistake. eBay probably recommended that the seller put it under that when they were listing the item and they didn't notice.
