This is a quote from PCGS about Dark Even toned coins:</p><p><br /></p><p><span style="color: Red">"Some coins have such deep toning that PCGS will not grade them, and they are returned, unsealed, as environmentally damaged."</span>[/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
