What company made these glass-encased sets?

I've seen US coins in them, too. They seem to be somewhat commonplace at coin shows that I frequent.

They are also plastic, not glass.

They make some really nice holders.
They even make custom holders but it cost more than I wanted to spend.

They don't look all *that* hard to make... if you're good at cutting plexiglass.

Cardboard, black felt, fancy font printed on card stock, fasten it all together with <something>... victory?

The holders are three layers of Plexiglas. The outer panels are called windows, the center layer is drilled to fit the items displayed. Over the years I have had Capital make custom holders, and I have made some myself.
