    Not just a clerk, but her manager, two patrol cops and a duty sergeant. There are many store employees who handle money that don't know about a lot of our coins & currency.

    Thank you for that info. I'm not big into notes but I should have known that as notes do not change until there is a change in positions of Secretary'(s) of the Treasury that require a change in signatures.
