I have been refused by some branches, or said they would only give me rolls once because they are reserved for business customers. I don't understand why the one woman asked for all this information including my account number just to tell me no, I can't get $100 in rolls. I emailed a complaint since I do have a checking account and make no interest on the money in it and don't understand why I was given the third degree and then refused. I called a branch that I have gotten some rolls and a couple boxes, one box was skunk along with the $70 in rolls. I called to see about getting a box and I was asked "what do you want this for silver?". I told her I wanted to work on my collection and she told me I need to go to a currency distributor. I called back and talked to the head teller and told him that before I opened an account I was told I can order boxes when I asked about buying their coin machine bag. I was told something I didn't know though, that I didn't need a checking account to use the coin machine without a fee, I may be able to just have a Christmas club account with a few dollars if I burn this bridge but want to use the coin machine versus wrapping. There are a lot of banks around here. One branch though told me "I can buy a box from them" even though I just got some rolls the day before and found this:
