Hey all, It's been a while since I've been on here. I have a number of hobbies and sometimes I "take time off" from them. But winter approaches and I spend much more of my time inside and that means it's a great time to get back into my coin collection. That being said, I was last working on collecting a world coin from my birth year (1981) from each country (at the time). I actually have a handful of coins that I need to go through which I'm looking forward to doing over the upcoming long weekend. Another member here was so gracious to have sent me some 1981 world coins. I really appreciate that because as a collector who doesn't have oodles of cash to invest it really helps me jump start this set I'm building. I'm not sure if he's still around but I want to publicly thank @Mountain Man I'll be sure to post up some pictures of how the collection is coming along soon. Just wanted to say hi and give a little update on what I'm working on in the world coin genre.
Glad you are back! I also with my hectic work schelude was absent from forum/ but even though I was working 95+ hr a wk. I still allotted 30 mins @ day evening 11:00-11:30 to scroll sixbid auctions/ place proxy bids. I/ thus added 90+ AV coins to my collection. I have 4 days work left! John
