The nearest attribution I could find for this bronze coin is Heliopolis - Syria with Geta on obverse and veiled Tyche head Left on reverse. BMC 13. But mine has Tyche head right, with star before mouth. Is this an ordinary usual variant ? Or is it listed somewhere? The coin weighs 9.48 g.

I think the obv. is a female head. What you read as GETA is actually CEBACT, that matches an empress. GETA would start with Γ. On the rev. I see the letters NEC which could be part of Nesibis, Nisibis.

That's a diademed and draped bust of an empress. Hairstyle could be any of them from Julia Mamaea through Salonina.

Thanks a lot. That's Julia Mamaea. Coin struck in Nisibia - Mesopotamia. BMC 10.
    Rated scarce.
