Hello, need some help with this medal, the legend tells what it is about but I can't find is this an official issue or not. The smaller one of gold exists. Thanks
Don't think that the German government issued or issues such medals, so some company will have produced and sold this one. The 1970 Treaty of Moscow was the first of the so-called Ostverträge - treaties between the Federal Republic of Germany (then West G.) and several Eastern European countries. I don't know whether this has any specific collector's value - don't think so though. But it is at least worth its silver value ... Christian
