I have just acquired a Collection of German States Brunswick Luneburg George II One Third thalers. Dating from 1723 to 1760 and with bust types Horse types. St Andrews types and wild man types. They were all in tickets stating they were sold by Glendining And Sons Auctions but I don't know when. Some are in fantastic condition (see the photos). Is there anyone who would know how I could find out when they were sold at auction so I can add to the provenance if I decide to sell.
