Well, the top 50 list is not somethign i have 'seen' but only refferenced to. It could be in some books, but i dont have any 'web note' books.

here is a site i use alot. Its got a nice tool at the top left of the page, click on 1988 and any of the front plate/back plate combos, and it will direct you to a page. This page is for the 1988, block AE, run 5, front plate 1 back plate 2. In the box of info below the image, it gives some special characteristis of the note. The last sentance mentions that this note is on the top 50 rarest web notes.

I am not affiliated with that site, so i do not have a complete list of all 50. What i do have in my excell database, is the line about the last, where it says there are only 1 to 5 notes known to exist. I think, but am not positive, that all the notes where they list, either unique, 1-5, 6-10, or 11-20 as notes known to exist - i think make up the top 50 web notes. Because i dont have a publicized list, i cant be sure.

If you would like, i could probably fish the ones i have in excell, and post them here
