In the second to last sentence he advises that before purchasing a rainbow toned coin to have it reviewed by someone you trust. I currently have 22 coins for sale and I have only described 4 of the 22 as rainbow toned. Of those 4, only one (the Appalachian Jefferson) could ever be credibly accused of being questionably toned.
