These are all fluff, the type of toning you have done has been seen on many examples in the past. Last I heard from you the buyer will be the one to reveal what you did? What is most likely to happen is a person that has no idea what he is looking at will buy it and think he has bought a gold mine, you may call that uneducated I call it intent. What for a smile on your face?
Explain? What representation are you referring to? The coin in that holder is toned and I am not aware that was misrepresented?

In THIS hobby, when one attempts to sell a coin in one of the major TPGS slabs, one is implying that the coin is as it was when it was submitted to said TPGS. You are free to dissent from that implication, but it nonetheless is a basic tenet of this field.
Just a piece of unsolicited advice: if you’re planning to attempt to justify selling altered coins you’re going to make yourself persona non grata around here with blazing speed.
