Tell the dudes on Coast to Coast AM. They keep saying it's somewhere else. The folks next door are still umm "very into each other", so I often need to keep the radio on while I fall asleep.
It seems that USNAFguy is here now. I don't think he understands that that is a bad name to be associated with...
I am very sorry to hear that. I get where you're going with that, but in all honesty the best thing aside from sending that thing to Atlantis as suggested would be to crack it out and get it out of the holder. At least raw it loses the endorsement of the grading company and becomes a harder sell.
I am slowly getting the impression that you are angling to argue that nobody’s hands are clean re: TPGS firms and toned coins, and your stuff is not a fundamentally different beast. Clever. I’m inclined to agree with that. That said, your methods leave me not a fan.
I tremble in ill-concealed anticipation to learn what your point is. Please don’t disappoint me by wasting my time and attention with some “sovereign citizen” type of nonsense drivel. I’ve already been down that alley. I can’t do it again without nausea.
I am suspending my no post policy to attempt to set the record straight... I am not going to engage in any useless bickering with anyone on any thread here. I just want that on record. I also want it on record I am not a scammer! Whether I am believed or not is of no consequence but it is the truth. That nickel residing in the NGC holder that started this thread has an interesting story which will be told in due course. For me this all began with an out of business grading service holder by the United States Numismatic Arts Foundation that was declared to be a fraud of my own concoction. It is vital to understand I'm a collector and care about this hobby. I wish I could tell you the whole story however it isn't possible yet to do that. Everyone that says I am something I am not simply because they don't understand my motivation does not make me a scam artist at all. When I defended the USNAF slabs it didn't go well and the argument was useless to say the least. I fed into that argument and I shouldn't have. Now I'm trying another path. Hopefully this information will serve as some means to understand.
Lol.. I am not a sovereign citizen. You can't be both anyway. I am a man who was born in America and I claim citizenship right here in the good ole USA. I also await citizenship in my Majesty's kingdom which is to mean I do believe in a higher power.
It's very, very easy to interpret this as "...because I haven't finished making it up yet". I'm open to the possibility that you'll provide a good explanation that shows what you're doing isn't fraudulent. I just can't imagine how.
Agreed! Remember the Nickel was blast white as of October 9, 2018. November 9, 2018 it has double sided toning. If the eBay auction wasn't taken down, we wouldn't be hearing from USNAF at all.
That is understandable. Not what I'm doing but I could certainly see myself thinking the very same thing if I was on your side of the fence.
It was a decision based on soley on the fact that the coin was shown in a FB group picture to be white. That was an interesting change in my original plan of action.
I did yes! I wish I could be very straightforward in all my answers! Now is not the time to answer these questions so please be patient with me and it will be make sense.
Questions may out way my ability to respond. I am doing my best. I will say my name isn't Garrett or Gavin and those names were used by me. I am responsible for that and I still very much agree with what I did but I also understand fully how suspicious it makes me look!
