If you're referring to mine, it's commemorating Prince Henry the Navigator. He sponsored the first voyages of the age of discovery when the Portuguese started exploring further down the African coast. The cross was from the Portuguese flag at the time.

Argentina 1986 10 Centavo Die Cap




This coin got stuck on the die & struck some coins before it fell away from the die.

In this case, the NGC label is also in error. The coin is 10 centavo and not the 50 Centavo shown on the label. The coin is spread-out to about the size of the 50 centavo piece.

 

1985

This is an 11 cent piece. This coin began as a normal dime struck on a normal dime blank. Then it found its way into a mint press that was striking cents. The result is a 1985 cent struck on a 1985 dime.

Then here is a USA 1984:

This error is a double denomination sometimes called a 6 cent piece. It is a struck cent that is then struck as a nickel. In this case, you can easily see the pillars of the Lincoln memorial building across Jefferson's cheek.
