I'm back, 1817. A couple of rupees from Awadh, AH1233 (1817AD)/RY.26, and a GB half crown.

She is the second wife of Napoleon and daughter of the Austrian Emperor Franz I. (II.) and got this duchy after Napoleons downfall from her father.

You made me remember that I have one of these.

 

I do it all with my computer. I open the folder where all my coin pix are stowed, and in the search box type 1815, then enter. Pretty soon all 1815 coins are listed, which then can be copied to the new 1815 folder on the desktop. No way could I rely on my so called memory to remember what coins I have. Plus, it is fun to be surprised at owning forgotten coins.

I work in the same way as @coin_nut . I see I have some of the Ceylon 1 and 2 stivers but I won't bother posting those. The only other two are the Essequibo and Denerary stiver and the Halifax halfpenny. (GB coins get tricky now until we get pre-1800 - we were too busy fighting Napoleon to mint many coins!)

 

I see I have the Halifax half penny plus a Gwalior rupee, 1815. My Essequibo and Demerary Stiver and half stiver are both 1813, so will probably post them later.

 

Plus one more beater Dutch East Indies 1815. Not real sure what it is.
