A jump north across the Baltic Sea to Sweden.

Riding hard southeast back to Japan.

And right back northwest to Poland.

Resting in Poland for a short while.

And then a leisurely train ride to Portugal to catch a flight to the Azores.

And then a much more leisurely boat ride north to the Netherlands.
