I'm very surprised by the last 2 comments from Doug and Bing!.....I'm new to the forum but know that most collectors in their time have purchased coins purely on a worn portrait where no legend is visible?....Why.....Because they have known who the portrait depicts.....So IMO I dont just class this thread as a game but as a big learning curve, especially for newbies, but also for experienced collectors as well!...

Nope. Shorter.

 

Usually it's sufficient just to take a screenshot, which is super quick and easy. On a Mac, shift-command-4 turns the cursor into selection box so you can take a shot of any rectangular portion of the screen. (I'm not sure there's such an easy method in Windows, but apparently there is something called the Snipping Tool you could create a shortcut for.)

I actually use this method for nearly all the photos I post on CT.
