I just got the last example that I need to have a Galeria Valeria from each mint that issued coins in her name. These were only struck in the Eastern half of the Roman Empire.

Galeria Valeria was the daughter of Diocletian (Roman Emperor A.D. 284- 305) and Priscus. In A.D. 295. She married Galerius after he was elevated to Caesar by Diocletian in A.D. 293. In A.D. 308, Valeria was named Augusta. Though she had no children of her own, she became the step-mother of Candidianus, the illegitimate child of Galerius. After Galerius died in A.D. 311, Galeria and her mother Prisca were sent to Licinius for protection. Instead, the two women went to Maximinus II; as his daughter was engaged to Candidianus. Maximinus then proposed to Valeria; but she refused, and Maximinus arrested Valeria and her mother. This marriage would have been tough though, as Galeria was sympathetic to Christians and Maximinus was known for his enthusiasm in persecuting them. Maximinus died in A.D. 313 and Licinius ordered that Galeria and her mother be executed. They escaped and were on the run for about 15 months but were discovered in Thessaloniki and executed in A.D. 315.

Galeria Valeria

A.D. 310-311

Ӕ follis 25mm 5.4g

GAL VALERIA AV-G; Diademed and mantled bust right on crescent.

VENERI VICTRICI; Venus holding up apple and raising drapery over left shoulder, crescent in left field, Γ in right.

In ex.
