I'm glad for you Goldmund that Bob hasn't treated you like he appears to treat others. I can tell you that I trust what RickieB says. Look at his collection - he's no slouch when it comes to customers. Personally I think businesses that treats their customers poorly deserves the business loss the Internet brings their way. Treating a some customers good and the rest poorly does not make a business I would ever risk my rep on or any money on.
