About 90% of my order were over the phone, and I had teh opportunity to visit the store about a half-dozen times. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I typically sent in personal checks, knowing that there would be a three week delay to get the order filled. However, whenever I sent in a certified check, my orders were filled promptly. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I have never experienced a wait with a certified check. My bank was in Virginia, not far from the GCE offices, so maybe that helped.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>In the end, what I appreciated was getting exactly what I ordered, at a great price. GCE has consistently given me the best value for my money, and that was worth the occasional curt response from Bob when he was really busy.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I am not related and not a friend of Bob&#039;s, but a lifelong collector (about 40 years) who knows good value.
