I&#039;m not sure they would&#039;ve shipped my order had I not contacted them!</p><p><br /></p><p>In the end, I&#039;m pretty sure the &quot;line out the door&quot; was the line of customers, both &quot;real&quot; and virtual, leaving and not looking back.</p><p><br /></p><p>Although I&#039;m thankful I didn&#039;t have to resort to hardball tactics to get them to follow through, thanks to everyone here for their suggestions![/QUOTE]</p><p><br /></p>
