Probably not due to the huge mintage, but there are many generations of Scouts who currently are or once were coin collectors... probably a lot of sales will be as gifts for Scouts too. I bet a lot of dealers place large bulk orders for the year end holidays and for after the Mint has sold out, with increases above Mint pricing. What do you think?
