Amazon has lots of them for sale.</p><p><br /></p><p>It&#039;s from The National Foundation of Funeral Service in Evanston, Illinois which was founded in 1945. The goal of the foundation was to “provide a forthright program of education for funeral service and the public,” according to the founder George W. Olinger.</p><p><br /></p><p>I believe this is from the turn of the century. Possibly from one of the yearly conventions.
