Perhaps it means the coin is basically white but has light toning.

WOW @Neal! You absolutely nailed that one. I can't believe I never thought of that! Here is the link to the coin and its pictures: https://www.lccoins.com/default/1903-o-barber-silver-dime-unc-details-cleaned-ngc.html. As the pictures show, the coin is lightly toned., with a white middle. The description of "WH/LT" comes from a print copy of an L&C Coins Catalog I have. It is not in the online description. You can order a catalog for free to see for yourself if you want.
WH definitely stands for white no matter what, as a lot of the coin listings (especially for Mercs) say the year, WHITE, MS66 ect. Great deduction @Neal!

I appreciate everyone taking time out of their day to answer this poll.

It appears that the Seated Dollar is the runaway choice for this poll. It is by far above the other coins in worth at $16,500 retail price.
    Thank You!

I picked the 1800 over 2 half cent. I owned a nice one at one time although it came back to me in body bag. The ignorant person who made that judgement said it had been cleaned. It was from the Garrett Sale, and some EAC people graded it as high as VF-30.

I sold it when I was a dealer because I broke up my half cent die variety collection. It was in an ANACS "soap bar" holder when I sold it.

This half cent has an interesting history. The entire mintage was made from cut down large cent planchets which were deeded too poor to use for large cents. The obverse was made from an overdated 1800 half cent die which had not been used previously.

The first pieces were struck with the reverse from the 1800 half cent. That variety is quite rare. (variety Cohen 1) The more common variety was struck from a die which used "the new lettering."(variety Cohen 2)

Most 1802 over 2 half cents are well worn and unattractive. The fact that they were made from sub-par, cut down planchets certainly contributed to that.

Here's the piece I sold many years ago.

I was going for “Whizzed, Lye Treated”. But I see that was silly. I did vote for the Seated Dollar though. Have never even seen one in person.

A lot depends on the severity of the problem cited, but it would be hard to pass up the 1802/0 half cent. If I don't like it, I'll trade it in on a problem free XF 72-CC dollar.

I went with the 1802/0 half cent because I like early copper and already have my 1877.
Tempted to go with the seated dollar just because I need one for my type set but long term I would probably enjoy the half cent more.
