I have this really nice crisp 81 s morgan dollar. The reverse is very frosty. It is housed in an old plastic holder similar to a capital. The back of the holder has a crack and as you can see from the scans a sweet line of magenta toning has formed directly under the crack. Should i leave it in this holder. Currently she is sitting in a box that is filled with old silver flat packs in original mint packaging.( might help that toning along some!) Although i think this coin would easily score an ms64 it is possible that she would get a 65. If in fact i do submit it, wouldn't it be wise to send it in like this? Also is it even worth it to have such a common date graded? I know there are many examples of this year in really good shape out there. Thoughts and suggestions?
