This one got me stumped. <b>How do they know that it's a Wheat Blank and not a Memorial Blank? </b> It say "Pre 59." How do they know it's not "Pre 82?"</p><p>[ATTACH=full]1397361[/ATTACH] </p><p><br /></p><p>A very nice 1899 Indian Heat Cent.[ATTACH=full]1397362[/ATTACH] </p><p><br /></p><p>A 1968-S BU LMC, marked DDO-006. I haven't seen capsules like this one. It fits very tightly around the coin, like a skin. Do I have full steps?
