Found this on the free shelf at a local trift store. Someone left a receipt from last November from a goodwill that I'm guessing is when they bought it. Paid 3 dollars for it and I got it for free ;). 20260918_163021.jpg 20260918_163036.jpg

Yeah! What got rounded? Or was it a one-time charge for a teaspoon of weed killer? @History nerd.

I think the business asks you if you want to round up to the next nearest dollar. A lot of businesses do it where I live and businesses like the Goodwill use the extra money to support themselves. You don’t get anything for it you’re just rounding up as a donation to them.
Some of the other businesses like McDonald’s around here, they ask you to round up. Sometimes they tell you what you’d be supporting other times they don’t. Makes me wanna tell him I’m retired. Would you like to round down to help support me?
