I have been waiting for over a month now for something that could have easily been handled in short order in this personalized manner. </p><p><br /></p><p>The only reasoning given for the delay was that they were processing several hundred new memberships. If you recall the original offer from TeleTrade mentioned they were giving out 800 free one-year memberships. Apparently they are grossly understaffed or under-prepared for managing the influx of new member accounts and this relatively small mailing task. I am still unclear as to the actual start date of the membership but two months since requesting a membership from such a sizable and established member based organization was far too long to acknowledge new members and get things rolling. </p><p><br /></p><p>For those of you still awaiting your free memberships, if you do not get your Membership materials by the end of next week, I would encourage you to email ANA directly at the contact address on their website.
