I picked this up amongst a batch of older coins. As far as I can work out it is from the Franlin Mint and bears a signature "E R Grove" 1967. It weighs about 26.2g and appears to be silver. Clearly well struck and cameo. Edge is reeded with an inset with the number 1508 - presumably a strike number within a series.
    Is it Silver?
    Are there collectors for these?
    How big was the issue?

I have not yet found a hit on Ebay so I am somewhat in the dark on this one!

    Thanks,

Interest falls away on their medals, not so some of the early to mid-80s coins however (not 70s though).
