Ok, I am a serious high grade Franklin collector. Yes you can call me a PIG. I love to chase old Silver coins with a limited amount of years of minting the series. Also love the different strikes that were available in Proof, Pr/Cam/Proof Deep/Ultra Cameo. So, here is my question? Do you think the majority of high graded Franklins are all ready graded? I do think they are. I believe the recent changes in the TPG"S grading of such Franklin coins hinder the chances of the Highest grades because of environmental clashes with the coins. Many collectors are so careful in their protection of coins that one bump/hit or just plain old stale air can damage the beauty and originally of the Franklin Half Minted Dollar. Please offer your opinions on this topic. I recently sold a few High Dollar lots for over book value and interesting thing some of the buyers wanted more of the same. ty G
