Franklin half...grading

    Hi there,
    Do you guys think this pristine Franklin half is worth to be graded by a TPG?
    No fbl.....

    I think the fees will be almost the Value of the coin.

    That spot at 11 on the obverse would annoy the graders.
    IMO the only thing that would make it worth sending to a TPG is if it had Full Bell Lines (FBL).
    And the shadow at the bottom of the reverse keeps me from that analysis.

    Better pics reverse, but nothing great.

    No. The coin is borderline MS65 - MS66 by current standards IF it was toned. Given that it is white I'd say MS65. The ding in front of the nose is what kills it.

    Save your $ the ding will drive it down below the "fees" and the gunk spot too.....
