Nawwww! That's the error. They minted it with the wrong portraits and the wrong year... and the wrong reverse. and the wrong planchet composition.

Bottom left photo shows $70 but $50 in the caption...is that to imply
a $20 discount....an incentive to "buy it now"... its little known that
    Franklin and Kennedy were friends....

You mean the coin roller scratch?

It looks like coin roll machine damage. And according to the description only the obverse side is collectible. What are you supposed to do with the reverse. Then throw in the fact they are Kennedys, not Franklin's. Did the mint make a mistake in minting?

He has been on eBay for 2 and a half years and has no feedback as a buyer or seller! (If I had no feedback as a buyer, I'd be a lot richer! :))

Worth? 1 Cent. It is Damaged.
Those holes are PMD - Post Mint Damage :yack:

You should start your own separate thread with a new topic when asking about your coins.

As for the half dollars, they are worth .50 cents each.
I assume someone must have overpaid for a worthless (face value) coin somewhere along the line or he wouldn't be trying to sell them for $15, $50 and $30.
As for the 1947-S the coin is circulated, if it wasn't damaged and in better condition it would be worth .03-.05 cents.
The .01 cent value is probably correct, however sold within a large lot to a dealer
    perhaps .02 cents.

You just started today!. Don't give up so fast.
I'm simply telling you to start your own thread. Don't hijack other threads with an item unrelated to the topic.
Did you even look at what I posted. It is about someone on ebay selling Kennedy Half Dollars but calling all 3 Franklin halves. It's meant to be a funny thread.
So please stop posting here and start your own thread.
    Peace.
