Just got this 7 kreutzer* of the dude to add to my Hapsburg collection... while he was considered co-founder of the Hapsburg-Lorraine line I've come to find out that he was indeed kin to his wife M. Theresa through his grandmother, Eleanor of Austria, daughter of Ferdinand lll, Queen of Poland and then Duchess of Lorraine, He was the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Barr & Lorraine, not to mention holy Roman emperor(which he came of through his wife).. He was born in Nancy, Lorraine(now France) & expired in 1765, this coin is dated 1763. (*that's the English way to spell it @lordmarcovan, according to wiki ^^) POST YOUR COINS AND COMMENTS
