I'll have to dig up photos of my circulated 1903 & 1904 25 centimes coins.

They aren't UNC, but who doesn't like nice circulated coins?

Nope. I got these from my LCS here in small town NE Ohio.

I've never been to France, though it's on my list.

In about a month he can visit the "Salon Numismatique" coin show, see http://www.snennp.com/images/salons/22.jpg One major dealer is CGB.fr in 36 rue Vivienne; there are some more in that quarter. Also see the list of dealers at the SNENNP website http://www.snennp.com/departement.asp?dep=75&region=1 Not sure though whether these are walk-in stores ...
