@Eric White.....why are you hiding the insert on the slab? It's not one of the majors, so who cares!

it's not even that, it's a fake MS66 NGC slab, bought on ebay. The coin is a 1923-D, don't worry I only paid fine money, working on breaking it out. I verified at coin shop that it's real.

 

Even if it was one of the Major TPG's why hide it?

I can tell just from the outer edge that it is not an NGC slab, but now that you mentioned it, I'd like to see the insert.

Yeah show it. You might wanna send pics to ngc as well before you break it out for their records in case they haven't seen one like it yet.

Yup. The good ole dyslexic NCG! I hate NCG for their blatantly obvious and seriously deceptive acronym play. Worst basment tpg in my book just next to centles's NNC for his overall story and business practices

Doh, dyslexic it is NCG, but who would grade this as a MS66. I think the NGC or PCGS may give it a "cleaned" xf details, maybe au details. Only paid $35 for it, maybe overspent at that.

 

Yep! Like everyone else said, it's not a fake NGC.

It's from one of those low-life, scum-bag, pieces of puke, I won't even call them a dealer, con artists who bank on the fact that some newbie will think he/she is getting a deal.
