I have done halves in the past. I did get rid of the ones I did not want to keep by when out or on a trip I would use them to pay the bills and tips. I enjoyed watching the people trying to figure out what they are. One place I bought a tank of gas and went in to pay. I used about four rolls of them. The cashier said they could not take the coins. So, I asked her/him to see the owner. He came and saw what I was paying with and told his employee to accept them.

 

Funny how the world works,one time some cashier called the cops on me after giving an ike dollar as payment.

 

That’s now so funny at the time

 

Guys by spending them instead of returning to any bank close are that you will not get the same ones back. That if you order a few new boxes. Never order from the same bank if you can. Here where I live my main bank has only one office opened now. Once we had three within five miles. Since this covid, they have closed some and I have no idea how many are in the Atlanta area now.
