When you find stuff like this in circulation, it kind of brings up a few thoughts. First a reminder of how times can sometimes get rough in life. $1 bills, especially, go through a lot of rough treatment. To have lasted this long in circulation seems odd. It makes you wonder if it had been in the hands of a few fellow collectors over time, but life simply got too rough and it had to be released back into the wild once again. Secondly, it makes you wonder, after taking a look in the mirror, how something older than you can be so good looking!
