Perhaps only the most modern notes will attain this grade, and even then it will be a rare occurrence. So a "68" is "an essentially perfect note" and almost a "69" which is almost a "70", but only "barely measurable" and "almost unnoticeable" imperfections separate the grades.[/QUOTE]
