Nice find! That’s a 35% silver war nickel (minted from 1942-1945).

They’re pretty rare to find in change. I’ve never found one myself.

 

Found a few in circulation, and dug one up. They do look nicer than the
regular nickels.

 

I have many in BU, but to find in circulation these days are hard to find. So Yes no ever stop looking cause you will never know what you get in change maybe like a 1913 Liberty Nickel !!

 

Nice find! Silver content is worth about 90 cents.
