Found in a coin roll, 2 reasons to believe if i hit a jackpot

first coin are the first four pictures,
second coin follows after the first four pictures... 1942 over 41 mercury dime? let me know what you guys think both negavtive and/or positive input please!!!

From a non-expert viewpoint, it appears to be a 4 under the 4, as if the die was repositioned.

Machine doubling yes it may look like a 4/4 but it's not.
