1989 Penny, Atypical I guess. Couldn't find a match. Only shows the back part of the neck and nothing else. At least I think that's what it is. Nothing on obverse.
I don't see it and Mamma always said " No one passing by on the Train will notice". If its that small then is it desirable to other collectors ? Probably not. My 2 cents.
It's very clear. Between the 4th and 5th column. When there is no Blank Planchet between the 2 dies they can slightly strike each other. Part of the back of Lincoln's back gets clashed on the Reverse die. So when it strikes a blank it leaves the impression. Here is an overlay.
