Sorry I don't have a pic, but I picked up my usual bundle of $2's today. First thing I notice is that they are brand new, the plastic shrinkwrap is missing, but the BEP straps seem to be unopened along with the white paper band that goes around the entire bundle.

I see the first note and notice that the center two digits are the same, so I secretly shout Woohoo to myself as I believe I have a radar note in the bundle. Well, the teller passes the bundle to me and I see that while the first strap is series 2003, the second strap starts with an F in the serial. So all the way out to my vehicle, I'm thinking to myself, Crap, someone just put together a bunch of new straps and shipped them to my bank.

Well, in my vehicle, I rip off the White strap and to my surprise, the second strap was a full strap of 1995 $2 Star notes, consecutively numbered. Even better, the radar note was also in the bundle. So now I'm on cloud nine trying to decide if I keep the strap, sell it, or what. While there may be some GEM UNC notes in the strap, the strap itself is definitely not GEM. The bundle looks like it's been tossed around a few times without the protective shrinkwrap.

What's really awesome is this comes on the tail of me having found 200+ silver halves this week while CRHing. About half of those were a healthy mix of Walkers, Franklins, and 1964's. I filled in two empty spots in the Walker book and also found a 1998S 90%Ag proof.

I think I'm ready to buy a Lottery Ticket on my way home.
