Hello all, Meow obtained about 130 rolls of 2022 D pennies in the past few weeks. Meow has yet to open any of them. But as Meow was packing them into cocoa tins, Meow noticed a possible doubled die. It is the usual doubled ear thing. Meow has a small pawful of legit 2015 d and 2018 d doubled ear lincolns. This one is unfortunately a bit subtle. More than half the obverse enders seem to have it. The problem is Meow broke the USB camera and was unable to figure out how to use the Cat phone to take a picture of it. Meow has a blurry image and that is the best Meow can do. Anyone have any suggestions on a good USB camera? Seems the USB camera fell victim to the other items in the Cat Hoard. So the one picture Meow could manage barely shows the lower lobe slightly doubled on the back. Meow suspected it could be a trick of reflection so Meow looked at many enders to see what Meow could find. So more than half have the doubled lobe. The ones that dont seem to have just a normal lobe and not a extra outline of one. So with that Meow thinks a minor doubled die has been found. Sorry the picture situation in not good at the Hoard right now.
Sorry Meow. The picture is way too blurry. Inconclusive on the error. May I ask if you have a cell phone?? That should suffice.
The Cat phone does not seem to work well for that. Meow will try to fix the USB camera or get a new one.
