Do you remember when Mark Feld was "bammed" at PCGS, then they let him come back, then he was "bammed" again, and when they asked him to come back, he said "No!"?

I wonder how he is doing these days. Is he still working for Heritage? Do you know?

@Ernesto Pulido there is more than one group here. I wander the ancient halls most often, but occasionally drive into newer numismatics talk.

 

I have tried others and was disappointed. It seems like questions from amateurs were very irritating on some forums. You get everything here from sarcasm to comedy, but, you do get help.

 

Mark was reinstated a few months ago. There's still a lot of drama though. Laura got bounced again, Roger was banging heads with admin over his new book, and a prominent member(Col Jessup) said he was fed up and no longer posts

 

Gee, if one of the daytime soaps ever runs out of material, they can just dial up Collectors Universe.

Mark Feld Is a member at the PCGS forum as of 11 am 8-12-19.
There are quite a few High Rollers that participate at PCGS. For the
most part it is set up for U.S. coins. I am a member there as well
but it is less formal and more of a family here at Coin Talk. I was
a member at "Coin Community" until I was sent packing for posting
a link to a thread I created here Dec. 2018 concerning my Early
Dated coins. They do not respond to any of my requests for clarification
for the reason of me being "bammed". I was participating in a game
of counting backwards by years to see how far we could get with
posted coins. If someone could contact @Spence on that forum and
ask him/her to contact me here I would appreciate. Coin Talk is first
and foremost with me. Everyone is very friendly and very tolerant of
others, especially the New member/YouTube get rich quick crowd.
From the New Members who have impressed me the most is @Shrews1994 .
She has learned a lot and shares her knowledge in a respectful way.

 

I signed into a couple of other coin forums, but like the CT format the best. As for

Actually they like cats, but don't like people impersonating cats, but what do I know, I'm a chimpanzee...

I love this Forum. Alot of members take there time to teach you what they know. It helps out so much. They don't just through you in the ditch and say go learn your self. Unless you don't like to listen to them and hear the truth. Then yeah go somewhere else. There time is valuable. You have to go about reading and other stuff like that on your own. Cause they can't do that for you. There is alot to learn in this hobby. It isn't just for the money. It's for the fun. I love every minute it. Amazing people on here on coin talk. And thank you @tibor I appreciate it.

 

At least we don't have to put up with a "monkey see, monkey do" routine! Thank God for that!
