Every single time any door is ever opened a physical count has to be performed. Every door has a mechanism to trace physical openings, and these have to line up with counts from two people and theri signatures, and the same two people can never count 2 times in a row.</p><p><br /></p><p>I guess my own background in military security procedures simply make me more comfortable as to the WHY an outside audit has not been done more often.
